Yes. If the “Allow Guests to post Listings” option is enabled in the "Admin panel → Settings → General → Single (Page & Form)", guest users can edit or delete their listings/posts later by registering. On registering itself, all its old listings/posts will be automatically assigned to him based on his email address (or on the basis of his phone number coupled with his country).
